Craig Watkins is CEO of Verian UK.
He has over thirty years’ experience of working for, and with the public sector, giving him a deep understanding of public policy and the challenges facing the sector in the UK.
He also has ADHD. And manages it with skills (not pills).
We discuss:
How Craig manages his ADHD drug free
How people reacted to his diagnosis
Why it’s important to remain optimistic
That ADHD is a part of him, but not all of him
Doing work that suits your unique traits

Daily Meditation Accountability Group
Last week I launched a daily meditation accountability group for people with ADHD. It’s already becoming a special place for us all to support each other and keep up the habit.
Accountability group member Carly said:
“I never stuck with a meditation technique before so I wasn’t sure this would work for me. But since joining, I’ve only missed one session. The accountability Joe provides, alongside other ADHDers like me who want to meditate, is so powerful.”
If you’re finding it impossible to stick to a daily meditation habit, this could be the answer.
It’s every day 7:30am UK — including weekends.
Each session is lightly guided by me and tailored to ADHD minds.
