What a year.
My wife and I had our second child. A girl, named Darcey.
We also bought and moved into our new house a couple of months after she was born. It was fecking stressful. I’m still feeling the aftermath of it.
Our eldest son Ronnie is autistic. 2023 will, in part, be remembered for just how difficult it is to deal with the government for anything related to disabilities.
This experience has solidified my motivation to improve, grow, and refine what we do at Drug Free ADHD.
Drug Free ADHD started as a way for me to share my direct lived experience with managing ADHD without medication. But, almost by accident, it’s becoming so much more than that.
In 2023:
I spoke at several in-person events to teach more than 1500 people The Drug Free ADHD Toolkit.
112 people took my Anti-Procrastination Course, it’s rated 4.8 stars. You can buy that here, it’s only £19
I took on several new coaching clients who continue to blow me away with their commitment to managing ADHD drug free. At least three clients in the past month stopped using medication (by choice).
More than 3000 of you subscribe to this newsletter. I’m extremely grateful for your support and attention.
In October, I was interviewed on The ADHD Chatter Podcast. My episode, How To ADHD Without Medication, is the second most listened to episode ever. Watch it below (or listen to the podcast here)
In 2024, I’ll be taking things up a notch.
Here’s what’s planned.
In 2024:
I will launch a daily meditation & breathwork accountability group. We’ll meet on Zoom at 7:30am UK to meditate together (launching January 2024).
More in-person talks & workshops.
Taking The Drug Free ADHD Podcast seriously. I’ve half-arsed it up to now. But in 2024, I’ll be putting episodes out weekly. And pushing myself to get bigger guests on the show.
I stopped posting to Instagram in November due to a health scare. But in January I’ll be back on it — posting daily short videos.
I will launch a cohort course that teaches you The Drug Free ADHD Toolkit. More information to come in the new year.
I’m currently in talks with the NHS to deliver training on the Drug Free ADHD Toolkit.
In February I will write the 100th Drug Free ADHD newsletter. That’s a lot of words. Enough, perhaps, to fill a book. Will 2024 be the year I write and publish a book on managing ADHD without medication? I’d say there’s a very good chance I will — watch this space.
And finally, in January I will launch a daily newsletter under josephpack.com (it’ll be part ADHD, part entrepreneurship, part spirituality without the BS). I noticed a lot of clients come to me not just to learn how to manage ADHD without medication, but because of my experience as an entrepreneur with ADHD. The new daily newsletter will cater to them, while this newsletter will stick to providing guidance on managing ADHD drug free.
Exciting times ahead.
Thanks to you all.
Have a wonderful New Years Eve. You’ll hear from me again next week.
