For Step 8 in the breathing technique, are you repeating the whole sequence (including the 30x) or just 6 & 7 (deep breath in and hold)?

Funny how writing your tasks down makes them tangible and real and unavoidable. It's a tried-and-true way to get started doing anything. One thing I don't do is the "DO THE FUCKING TASK" language but I'm definitely giving it a go next time I stick a post-it to my white board :)

As a platinum-level practitioner of the procrastination arts (LOL), POST-ITs saved my college/teaching LIFE!! Even after retiring, I still use them FOR everything!! From my grocery lists in the car or my wallet, to "love-Us" in my kid's lunch/backpack, to how I took notes during meetings, POST-ITs saved me. I even got jiggy with-it and carried different color notes and pens (hey I'm teacher) and then organized the notes by color. I loved how it got things "off my mind" on on to paper. I don't know why, but without it swirling around in my mind, it just made it easier to get sh!t done. I was amazed how just making those mini lists, and getting a few things done, would lead me to do a WHOLE bunch of crap. Thanks for sharing the gospel of the POST-IT. <3
